Who is free and has the required qualification
You pick the period and the required skills and ServisBook returns the technicians who can handle the work and have free capacity, sorted by the nearest free day.
So a date can be agreed while still on the call, without the risk of promising a technician who is away.
Skills named in your own words
You create skills such as gas, refrigeration, electrical up to 1000 V, welding, inspections or forklift yourself and assign them to technicians. The filter combines several skills at once, so it finds the person who can handle the whole job.
- A skill is not deleted, only deactivated; the history stays readable.
- The filter combines skills and looks for technicians who have all of them.
- The appointment offer uses the same filter, so the customer only gets dates of qualified technicians.

Holiday, sickness and blocked time in one calculation
The administrator enters absences for the whole team and the technician sees them in their plan. They are not counted into free capacity, just like existing appointments, blocked time and time outside the company working window.
- ServisBook does not know public holidays. If the company does not work on a holiday, enter it for technicians as an absence.
- An assignment on a day of absence goes through with a warning.
- On the board an absence is hatched, so you will not miss it.

Workload as a basis for decisions
The monthly view of the board shows how busy the team is. It makes clear whether there is room to take on another order and how the work is divided between technicians.
- Free, partly free and offered days are distinguished in the overview.
- An hourly appointment takes only its own time, the rest of the day stays free.
- A deactivated person disappears from planning, but their history remains.

Frequently asked questions
Does ServisBook know Czech public holidays?
No. Public holidays are an ordinary working day in the calendar. If the company does not work on a holiday, enter it for technicians as an absence, otherwise date proposals will fall on that day too.
Can ServisBook handle part-time work?
Yes. You set each technician their own working hours from–to, which override the company working window, for example for part-time work or for someone who starts earlier. A specific person's day off is entered as an absence.
Can I assign a technician even if they have a conflict?
Yes. ServisBook warns about the conflict and marks it, but leaves the decision to you.
