EUR 20 per user per month

ServisBook costs EUR 20 per active user per started month. An active user is anyone who can sign in to the app. All features are included and you change the number of users without amending the contract.

What the price includes

There are no plans. For EUR 20 per user you get the whole app:

• Unlimited orders and customers.
• Technician plan, appointment calendar and recurring services.
• Offering appointment slots to the customer with a single link.
• Mobile interface for technicians including photos and checklists.
• Handover reports signed by the customer.

What it costs for your team

The price is multiplied by the number of people who sign in – technicians and the planner alike:

The table assumes all users are active for the whole month, a technician hour worth EUR 32 and 21 working days; the minutes are for the whole company together. If the number of users changes during the month, the amount is reflected in the next invoice.

Thirty days free

Sign-up takes five fields and you do not enter a payment card, so nothing is charged after thirty days.

What the price does not include

ServisBook does not invoice and does not manage stock. It plans people and orders and leaves invoicing to your accounting software. If you are looking for a system that also covers accounting and production, your decision belongs rather to the question ERP or a planner.

Is it worth it

One user costs EUR 20 a month. If a technician hour earns you EUR 32, it pays for itself with less than 2 minutes saved a day. A company with three technicians and one planner (4 users, EUR 80 a month) therefore needs to save 8 minutes a day in total, or avoid one unnecessary call-out a month.
